• Patient Care Programme:

Patient Care Programme is applicable for Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score Test only.

1. PCP is launched only for Indian Citizens.

2. Applicable only for individuals who pay for self (Out of pocket) and will not be applicable for those who claim reimbursements either through insurance schemes or through their organization.

3. PCP is not applicable if the hospital is paying for the test.

4. Criteria to be eligible for PCP benefits: As per the test results, in a span of 0-100, if the recurrence score falls at 26 and above, there will be a refund eligibility for ₹ 1,00,000 only.

5. Reimbursement will be initiated at 45 days from the date of the report release.

6. Payment will be made only to the patient or the same individual from whom the test cost is remitted.
