Cancellation Policy

An online test request form (TRF) is mandatory for arranging specimen logistics. Upon making online registration and followed by a specimen pick-up arranged by Advance Medilinks,  if a patient wants to withdraw/cancel the test process, a test cancellation of ₹ 15,000 will be charged for the logistics & administrative costs. The cancellation charges will be deducted from the test cost that is paid and the balance amount will be refunded in 30 working days.  If the patient happens to cancel the test before making the payment, the block will be returned only after receiving the cancellation charges.
