Refund Policy
In case of test failure, due to any reason including insufficient carcinoma or scant tissue in the specimen provided by the patient or laboratory, Advance Medilinks will ask the patient for a fresh specimen for a repeat test at no additional cost. In case if patient decides to cancel the re-testing, or there is no additional specimen available then patient needs to send a mail confirmation about their willingness to cancel the test or unavailability of the specimen. Upon receiving the confirmation of cancellation, Advance Medilinks will initiate a refund of 97% cost of the test in 30 working days from the date Advance Medilinks receives cancellation email.
