Terms & Conditions

1. For patients in Mumbai, Advance Medilinks Pvt Ltd. will arrange the pickup of the tumor tissue block/Specimen via their Representative.

2. For patients outside Mumbai, Advance Medilinks can arrange a pickup of the tumor tissue block/Specimen via their Contracted Courier company after the Patient’s Email request.

3. Prepaid courier will be arranged by Advance Medilinks Pvt. Ltd. Patients do not have to pay for any courier charges since all courier charges are prepaid.

4.The Report will be released directly to the ordering Physician within 15 working days from the date of specimen couriered to Exact Sciences laboratory in the USA.

5.This is brought to the patient’s attention that, during transit Domestically & Internationally if the patient's specimen is delayed, damaged, spoiled or lost then Advance Medilinks Pvt. Ltd and Exact Sciences, will not be held responsible for the same and the patient cannot make any claims against Advance Medilinks Pvt. Ltd or Exact Sciences.

6. The Cost of the Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score test is INR 3,30,000/-. (Indian Rupees Three Lakh Thirty Thousand only). This cost is complete cost of the test.

7. The Complete payment of the test should be made within 48 hours from the day the patient fills the requisition form / date of test order. Part payment will not be accepted, once the whole payment is confirmed after that process will be started.

8. If the patient is willing to pay via Credit Card / Debit Card, then the patient will have to pay 3% in addition to Test cost.

9. If the Report gets delayed for any reason, Advance Medilinks will keep the patient posted in a timely manner. The patient cannot make any claim against Advance Medilinks Pvt. Ltd or Exact Sciences for late release of the report.

10. All submitted paraffin blocks to Advance Medilinks will be returned to the patient once the test result is released The Slides will not be returned to the patient.

11. Unstained slides which are made by Advance Medilinks or by your operated hospital lab / any Histopathology lab will not be return back to the patient or Histopathology Lab

12.  Please note that Advance Medilinks require only Paraffin embedded tumor tissue block or 15 unstained slides using charged slides as per given pathology guidelines. For more information, please refer to the pathology guideline for slides making.

13. In case if the test fails due to any reason and the patient is not willing to retest then only 97% refund will be made within 10 days from the date of patient’s confirmation via email that the patient is not interested in retesting again.

14.  The Report will be directly released to the Ordering Physician Portal only the soft copy of the report will not be sent to the patient, certain cases report copy will be shared to the patient. A hard copy will be couriered at the patient’s respective given address.

15. In case situation arises to send Tumour tissue block then the patient will have to pay in advance INR 5000.00 (INR Five Thousand Only) per tumor tissue block to release these blocks from Indian Custom Department in case the same gets stuck in custom departments

16. 'Once the test report is released then Advance Medilinks we will send the following articles to the patient’s given residential address via courier
1) Paraffin embedded tumor tissue block if submitted.
2) Invoice copy
3) Payment receipt
4) Oncotype DX Breast Recurrence Score report hard copy.

17. The patient is required to give an acknowledgement once they receive the above mentioned 4 articles. If the patient does not give acknowledgement after the telephonic request as well as after 2 nd reminder, then Advance Medilinks will close this file at their end and in future will be not responsible for returning or recreating above mentioned articles.
